We love hosting parties at Play Street Museum Upper West Side...and love that every private party allows you and your guests to take over all of Play Street Museum and enjoy the entire space to yourself!  Your child's special day only happens once a year; make this one unforgettable! We have party options for everyone, from “DIY” to our concierge-level “Sit Back & Relax.”

• Each party is 1.5 hours + 30 minutes before set up with the help of our team.
• You can add Slime, Canvas Painting, Pottery Painting, or Dip Dye to any party.
• The party price includes 16 children ages 1-12 and 32 adults. There is an additional cost per child and per adult over this amount up to a maximum of 25 kids and 45 adults
• If you choose to go over the maximum guest count there is a $500 large party fee that will be added to your final party balance. No exceptions. Our maximum capacity for child seating in our party room is 34 children
• Deposits for parties or private events are nonrefundable once booked. No exceptions. Deposits are applied to the total balance on the day of the party.
• All guests under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/guardian complete a waiver.

Play Street birthday parties flow the following way:

• (30-minute setup before the event time. Guests are not allowed...yet!)
• 30 minutes of free play + party room is open
• 30 minutes of birthday traditions in the party room (sing Happy Birthday, etc...). This is typically shorter. Kiddos have one thing on their mind...PLAY!
• 30 minutes of free play back in the play area. Note: the party room is closed during this time so we can clean and gather your items for you. Don't worry about a thing- you party, we clean. Thank us later :)

Note: We cannot hold dates without a reservation and deposit. Play Street a nut-free and a shoe-free facility. Socks are required for children and adults. Please remember to wear or bring socks with you to your play session. We recommend socks with grip soles at Play Street. Socks are available for purchase for $2.
