Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that I am holding a spot, so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend the event I understand that I can transfer my reservation to a friend...no need to call, just have your friend let us know upon check-in. If you book using a play pass and you do not show up, we will keep your name on file to charge you at your next visit.
