Reservations are not required, but always recommended to guarantee your spot! Pop in at ANY TIME during the day (yes, even outside of stated session times!) and play as long as you'd like. We reserve the right to limit session lengths if we have upcoming sold out sessions or private parties.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. I understand I will not receive a refund or a play credit if I do not show up for my reservation. If I am unable to attend the event I understand that I can transfer my reservation to a friend...no need to call, just have your friend let us know upon check-in. If you book using a play pass and you do not show up, we will keep your name on file to charge you at your next visit.
