Up to 2 adults per family are FREE with paid child admission. Additional adults require paid admission.
Siblings under 1 or 9+ are FREE when attending with their immediate family (Limit 1 free sibling per paying child).
No food may be consumed while in the Museum. Drinks with lids are allowed.

Please Note: Doors remain closed between sessions so our team can thoroughly clean, reset exhibits, and prepare a safe, fresh space for your little ones to explore. PLAY PASS ENTRY: If you have a Frisco Location 5-Visit Play PASS or a Gift of Play, register your child(ren) for a session and present your pass upon arrival. (Must bring pass with you to use. If pass is forgotten you will be charged admission of $15 per child at the door)

Would you like to add 30 minutes to your visit with a Dedicated Craft Experience in our activity room? ($5/child to reserve your spot, then pay for the cost of the craft at PSM). Available only Monday through Friday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

PSM reservations are nonrefundable as you are reserving a specific spot. If you are unable to attend a session you signed up for, you may transfer your reservation to a friend; there's no need to call ahead, just have your friend mention the transfer at check-in. If you need to reschedule, please call or email us in advance of your session, and we may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please also be aware that all PSM Play Passes are location-specific and must explicitly state validity at PSM Frisco to be redeemed, and the physical pass must be presented upon arrival. Expired passes cannot be used.
