Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that I am holding a private play session for a field trip. A deposit of a minimum of 10 spots is required for booking. The remaining number of students will be charged at the door if not paid in advance. If the date or time of the event should need to change, changes must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event and cannot be changed more than once.
