Play Street Museum Party Guidelines

Please read our policy

Deposits for semi-parties or semi-private events are nonrefundable once booked, no exceptions. Semi-Private Party package pricing is for 10 children, ages 1-12. For parties with more than 12 children we charge a $100 large party fee in addition to the extra child fee. 25 total people (children and adults) are included in the party package. If more than 25 total people attend there is a $100 large party fee. You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up & bring items into Play Street. You may bring in any outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol. If something comes up on or before your big day, you may change your party day / time but options are based upon availability. Please note that a 72-hour notice in advance is required for any rescheduling or cancellation; failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the case you need to reschedule, parties need to be hosted within 6 months from the original party date and cannot be cancelled and rescheduled again. Please be mindful of START and END times of your party, we need the entire time in between sessions to clean and set up for the next guests. Anything that you bring in must be taken with you! We will take care of the clean up.
