A few days before your field trip, you can email katyinfo@playstreetmuseum.com a list of the kiddos that will be in attendance and we can verify if parents have completed the waiver.
Details:
The payment is nonrefundable, but you may change your field trip day and time if necessary. The $200 fee is for a private field trip for up to 19 children. Each additional child will be $11 and can be paid for upon arrival. Our address is 9910 Gaston Road, Katy TX 77494. Our phone number is 281-666-4217.
Please have each child's parent complete a waiver before the field trip.
Also, if children would like to make a batch of slime during their visit to Play Street Museum, they can bring $8+Tax($8.66) with them on the field trip.
