By reserving a spot for this Field Trip, I understand that the reservation is nonrefundable. If I’m unable to attend, I know I need to reschedule at least two weeks in advance to keep my payment. If I don’t reschedule in time, I understand my payment will be forfeited. I understand that I need to submit my tax documentation in advance to gaithersburginfo@playstreetmuseum.com. If I don’t provide the paperwork, I agree to pay the applicable tax for my Field Trip on site.
