Walk ins are always welcome if space is available! Reservations guarantee your spot, but you are welcome to pop in at whatever time works for your schedule and play for as long as we can accommodate!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. I understand I will not receive a refund or a play credit if I do not show up for my reservation. If I am unable to attend the event I understand that I can transfer my reservation to a friend...no need to call, just have your friend let us know upon check-in. If you book using a play pass and you do not show up, we will keep your name on file to charge you at your next visit.
