Play Street Museum Party Guidelines

Please read our policy

Party Info: The listed party package price includes 20 children. Customers are welcome bring in any outside food or drinks with the exception of alcohol. Deposits for parties or private events are nonrefundable once booked, no exceptions. Notice Regarding Rescheduling: If something comes up before your big day, you may reschedule your original party date ONLY if we have more than 30 days notice. In the case you need to reschedule, parties need to be hosted within 6 months from the original party date and cannot be cancelled and rescheduled again. Setting Up: Your party host will greet you at the door and assist with setting up and tear down. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party to begin setting up. Notice Regarding Craft Party: We require 30 day notice if you decide to cancel the craft add on to your party. If we do not receive 30 day notice, we will impose a $50 fee at checkout. *Anything that you bring in must be taken with you, including balloon arches. There will be a disposal fee added at checkout for any balloon arches left behind. Thank you! We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
